10.2.3.3. The temperature must be maintained at between 0ºC and 4ºC in the refrigerated room or compartment prescribed in subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 10.2.3.1.
The temperature of the refrigerated room or compartment prescribed in subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph of section 10.2.3.1 must be maintained at not more than 7ºC where the remains of freshwater fish not intended for human consumption are not removed daily from the room or compartment.
